Pre-Stretch
Pre-stretch functions ensure evenly distributed plastic production by pre-stretching the material. The warm air is blown into the sheet material to create a pre-stretched plastic sheet. In deeper drafts there will be a better distribution in thickness of the material.
Auto-Level
The Auto-Level function prevents sagging of large size and thick plates during the heating cycle. The Auto Level function maintains an evenly spaced distance between the plate and the heater when the user is also informed when the plate is hot enough to form.
Vacuum Receiver Tanks
Two vacuum storage tanks for direct vacuum which ensures specific materials, form complexes and shortened production cycle.
Vacuum Flow Regulator
The Vacuum Air Flow Regulator controls the vacuum flows exactly when required by simple or very complex models and applications.

Safety Light Curtain
An infrared beam protects the production environment by immediately stopping the entire system if the infrared is interrupted. This can prevent possible injury to an operator.

Reducing Windows
Reduce frameworks to narrow the molding area for better quality and affordable production by reducing plastic sheet metal and waste. These are available in standard sizes and customer specific needs.
Plug Assist with Speed Regulator
An air powered strong “plug assist” is an additional aid to form deeper draws even faster and sharper. This plug attachment pushes a tool tool into the tool cavity of the model through the heated plastic plate and also directly maintains thickness in these deep drawings.
Reel Feed
A roll holder for processing plastic on a roll. This is mounted on the machine.
Spray Mist
Spray mist is a spray mist installation that, combined with the cooling fans, ensures that there is a faster production cycle by cooling the thermoplastics.
Cooling Bolster
A water-cooled plate under the aluminum tool that cools it to promote a consistent and fast production cycle.
Heating Pyrometer
A sensor that reads the plastic thermoplastic plate from temperature and returns this information as feedback to the machine to the set temperature.
Cooling Pyrometer
Sensor for accurate feedback of the plate temperature and initiating release when the desired temperature is reached.

Multi User Pin Access Control
The supervisor of the machine can set an access level for the different operators.
Material Registration and Puncher
This is a device that punches holes in thin preprinted plastic sheet when registration during the vacuum forming process is critical. The punch sheets are located over pins in the molding area.

A composite set of spare parts with machine consumables such as seals, elements, filter, fuses and clamps.
Starter package plastic sheets
A composite set of various plates for the first production runs to test materials or a package of plate materials as desired.
