Reduce frames to narrow the molding area for better quality and affordable production by reducing plastic sheet metal and waste. These are available in standard sizes and on customer specific needs.
Plug Assist with Speed Regulator
An air driven strong “plug assist” is an extra aid to form deeper draws even faster and sharper. This plug attachment pushes a tool tool into the tool cavity of the model through the heated plastic plate and also directly maintains thickness in these deep draws.
A roll holder for processing plastic on a roll. This is mounted on the machine.
Spray mist is a spray mist installation that, combined with the cooling fans, ensures a faster production cycle by cooling the thermoplastics.
A water-cooled plate under the aluminum tool that cools it down to promote consistent and fast production cycle.
A sensor that reads the temperature of the plastic thermoplastic plate and gives this information back to the machine as feedback to reach the set temperature.
Sensor for accurate feedback of the plate temperature and initiation of release when reaching the desired temperature.
Upgrade 26 zones
Cooling System Upgrade
Extra cooling power to promote the extra cooling for cooling the models to get even faster production times.
Twin Heater Upgrade
An additional softening zone by heating from above and below ensures that demanding materials but also various materials can be formed. This option also ensures a shorter production cycle for many materials. (16 zones above heating and 10 zones below heating).
Ceramic heating elements are excellent for constant and long-term heating.
Servo Plug Assist
Instead of air driven plug assist, an extension to electric servo plug driven plus assist can be ordered for very precise control of the variable plug positions and damping.
The same function as the servo plug assist, the table can also be operated and driven by means of the servo plug, which remains in a speed and millimeter consistent adjustment.
Multi User Pin Access Control
The supervisor of the machine can set an access level for the different operators.
Material Registration and Puncher
This is a device that punches holes in thin preprinted plastic sheet when registration during the vacuum forming process is critical. The punch sheets are located over pins in the forming area.
Spare parts kit
A composite set of spare parts containing machine consumables such as seals, elements, filter, fuses and terminals.
