Fully automated vacuum forming systems from the HD & TF series are easy to integrate into the production process and to add to a current machine park. This series of vacuum forming machines have been developed for the production and processing of plastic parts using the vacuum forming technique in production line solutions. The HD & TF series have an optimal heat management efficiency, user-friendliness and are easy to integrate in small and large production facilities due to the compactness and economic pricing. Due to this unique development, the tF and HD series have proven themselves and are now internationally successful.
Every machine in this series is equipped with a control interface by means of a 10 inch large touch screen screen. This also has the FCV (Formech Cycle View) as standard to ensure ease of use with every machine. Within the FCV, the entire cycle is easy to read and adjust without interrupting the vacuum forming cycle. This control has been developed in such a way that it is easy to operate by persons with and without experience.
The wide choice of options that can be chosen in the production of these machines makes it possible to use the machine for a wide range of applications. This makes it easy to use the machine for small production runs as well as for complete automated production runs of large size.
Many small and large companies have included the TF and HD series as standard machines within the production processes. With close cooperation and feedback, the machines of recent years have also been further developed with the input of our customers. As a result, these machines have been further developed into one of the most suitable machines for the production processes in the market.
The HD1000 has a mold area of 960 x 960 x 600 mm and can process up to 6 mm plastic sheet thickness.
10 inch touch screen control panel with FCV
The Wago touch screen control panel with real-time adjustments in the cycle, heating element can be set accurately to 1%, standard with Formech Cycle view and 40 presets in memory.
Quartz Heaters with Variable Standby
The Quartz heating elements with fast heating power and energy efficiency due to the efficient way of use.
20 independent adjustable heating zones
The 20 adjustable zones with quickly retrievable heating settings with extensive adjustable options for a variety of shapes and plastic materials.
Pneumatic heating Drive
Due to the weighted pneumatic drive of the heating elements, pneumatically driven heating ensures accurate and fast activation of the heating, while braking prevents element damage.
Pneumatically driven clamping frame
Pneumatically driven clamping system for powerful and effortless operation and securing of both thin plates and thicker plastic plate materials.
Pneumatic table with regulator
Precise table speed control and adjustment options.
Adjust table height
Table height adjustment shortens the travel of the table with the tools when using shallow tools and shortens the production cycle time.
Pre-stretch functionality
The Pre-stretch allows the user to pump air into the heated plate, creating an air bubble to avoid thinning of material with deeper tools and providing better distribution of material thickness
Automatic leveling
Prevents material sagging during the heating cycle and maintains an even distance between heater and plate while providing the user with an audible indication that the material is ready to be formed.
Flow regulator
The flow regulator accurately controls the vacuum flow and force entering the vacuum flow. This flow can be used when more control is required in demanding applications or materials.
Vacuum receiver tank
A vacuum storage tank that can directly provide the stored vacuum pressure when needed. This is an ideal feature for demanding materials and shorter cycle times.
Vacuum pressure gauge
A visual indication of constant vacuum and the pressure being applied (pressure in Hg / bar).
Infrared safety light curtain
Protects users from accidental injury by stopping all mechanical operations when the light curtain is broken. Ideal safety function for the different operators and for educational institutions.
Dual cooling fans system
An extra placed above portal with the accompanying dual 550W fans to quickly cool the molded material for shortening production cycle times.
Oil-filled vane pump 21m3 / hour
Access control for multiple users
The designated supervisor of the machine can choose and determine an access level for the different operators. These can be programmed through an additional login system

Reducing Windows
Reduces forming area to utilise smaller sheets of material and minimise wastage. Standard or custom size.
Plug Assist with Speed Regulator
Pneumatically powered plug assist forces the heated material into the tool cavities to increase the thickness of material at the bottom of the cavities.
Spray Mist
Spray mist is combined with cooling fan systems (when fitted) to shorten cooling time.
Cooling Bolster
A water cooled plate to directly cool and regulate aluminium tool temperature for consistent and faster cycle times.
Heating Pyrometer
Sensor to provide accurate sheet temperature feedback and send heaters back upon reaching target temperature (except on the 686 and 1372 where it gives a digital readout). Emergency air storage tank supplies cooling continuity on shut-down to protect pyrometer.
Cooling Pyrometer
Sensor to provide accurate sheet temperature feedback and initiate mould release upon reaching target temperature.
Cooling System Upgrade
Additional cooling power that cools formed material and reduces cycle times and cool.
Twin Heater Upgrade
Top and bottom heaters to form demanding materials and decrease cycle times
Ceramic Heaters
Ceramic heaters are well suited for high volume production when heaters are engaged for long periods and constant temperature must be maintained.
Servo Plug Assist
Instead of using pneumatics a servo plug assist provides variable positioning and damping of the plug descent for precise control.
Servo Table
This feature has the same accuracy and control as the servo electric plug assist where speed control assent and descent to the millimetre can be achieved consistently.
Material Registration and Puncher
This is a device that punches holes in thin pre-printed plastic sheet when registration during the vacuum forming process is critical. The punched sheets are located over pins in the forming area.
Spare parts kit
A consumable parts kit typically including seals, elements, filter, fuses, toggle clamps.
FA Remote Connectivity
A secure and safe connection to the machine from a remote location (from another site, a desk location within the same site or from a different country)
