The Formech 1250 is a similar model to the Formech 1375 but with a square plate format with a size of 1180 x 1180 mm. The Formech 1250 has an intuitive ‘FCV’ (Formech Cycle View) user interface with a 7-inch touchscreen, the 1250 & 1500 series with large plate format is particularly suitable for R&D in the automotive and aerospace, sign and display companies and film and theater sets, design & industrial production.
The Formech 1250 has electric heating elements, a pneumatic table and clamping which ensures effortless and pleasant operation. The vacuum tank system provides an ultra-fast response for demanding applications and fast cycle times. This machine was developed using sheet sizes of 1220 x 1220 mm or 1250 x 1250 mm – the 1250 series from Formech is a very practical machine versus the automated machines.

Power Table
Heavy tabletop with electric control by two buttons that do not separately activate the table control for safety reasons. This very easy to operate table top can also carry heavier tools made of, for example, milled aluminum.
Table Height Adjust
Adjusting the table height shortens the displacement of the table during the production cycle and thus shortens the production cycle.
Pre-Stretch
Pre-stretch functions ensure evenly distributed plastic production by pre-stretching the material. The warm air is blown into the sheet material to create a pre-stretched plastic sheet. In deeper drafts there will be a better distribution in thickness of the material.
Auto-Level
The Auto-Level function prevents sagging of large size and thick plates during the heating cycle. The Auto Level function maintains an evenly spaced distance between the plate and the heater when the user is also informed when the plate is hot enough to draw the shape.

Reduce Windows
Reduce frames that narrow the mold area to use smaller sheets of material. This reduces the use of plastic sheets. Standard sizes and special sizes.
Heating pyrometer
The heating pyrometer is a sensor that provides a digital display of the heat on the plate material. This precise measurement is measured with infrared and transmitted to the machine. On models larger than the Formech 686 and 1572, the sensor also passes the information on to the heating elements.
Cooling bolster
The cooling pad is a water-cooled plate for direct cooling of the aluminum tools and for regulating the temperature. This creates a faster and more consistent production cycle.
Vacuum flow controller
The vacuum air flow controller regulates the vacuum flows exactly when they are needed in simple or very complex models and applications.
Multi-user pin access control
The designated supervisor of the machine can activate different levels for different operator intervention levels.
