The Formech 1372 large format vacuum forming system offers a nice combination of shapes of large size surface and a wide choice of molding possibilities in combination with an attractive price. In addition to the extensive standards, the Formech 1372 also has a wide choice of options for an optimized production cycle as with the previous models. Power Table
Heavy tabletop with electric control by two buttons that do not separately activate the table control for safety reasons. This very easy to operate table top can also carry heavier tools made of, for example, milled aluminum.
Table Height Adjust
Adjusting the table height shortens the displacement of the table during the production cycle and thus shortens the production cycle.
Pre-Stretch
Pre-stretch functions ensure evenly distributed plastic production by pre-stretching the material. The warm air is blown into the sheet material to create a pre-stretched plastic sheet. In deeper drafts there will be a better distribution in thickness of the material.
Auto-Level
The Auto-Level function prevents sagging of large size and thick plates during the heating cycle. The Auto Level function maintains an evenly spaced distance between the plate and the heater when the user is also informed when the plate is hot enough to draw the shape.
Vacuum & Pressure Gauges
A visual indication of consistent vacuum pressure in Hg / bar. Dry rotary vane pump 25m3 / hr. An oil free pump with minimal maintenance.

Reducing Windows
Reduce frames that narrow the molding area to use smaller material sheets. This reduces the use of plastic panels. Standard sizes and custom sizes.
Twin Cooling Fan System
A double 550W ventilation system with airlift for mounting. This double air ventilation system ensures rapid cooling on the plastic plates, which reduces the production cycle time.
Heating Pyrometer
The Heating Pyrometer is a sensor that provides a digital readout of the heat on the plate material. This accurate measurement is measured with infrared and transmitted to the machine. On larger models than the Formech 686 and 1572, the sensor also passes the information on to the heating elements.
Cooling Bolster
The Cooling Bolster is a water-cooled plate to directly cool the aluminum tools and to regulate the temperature. This generates a faster and more consistent production cycle.
Vacuum Flow Regulator
The Vacuum air flow regulator controls the vacuum flows exactly when they are required in simple or very complex models and applications.
