Vacuum forming

Schouten Group has a Blueshape division who’s offers the possibility of forming plastic molds, models and plastic parts. The production ranges from test phases, single piece production to smal and medium series production runs of both small plastic products and large plastic part products. This can also safeguard many recurring issues of simple and complex models. The latest vacuum forming techniques and the latest developed Formech machines are used. The thermoplastic materials such as PETG, ABS, HIPS, POLYCARBONATE, PMMA plexiglass, ESD and non ESD and more belong to the standard solutions for your desired shapes.

After purchasing vacuum forming machines from SynTec, many customers occasionally have orders for large objects. When purchasing a machine for a frequently recurring size, there may be a demand for larger models or molds. With vacuum forming as a service provision, incidental orders can be taken over that fall outside the fit of customers who own machines that are smaller.

Blueshape has both small and large machines available in response to your quick requests. In addition to supplying machines, plastics or the service of vacuum forming, we also offer the supply of materials for the manufacture of affordable models and molds. These can also be produced on request or we assist in the production of affordable vacuum forming tools (models / tools) for your own systems.

Do you have a series of products that must be formed from plastic. Then contact us. Our strengths are short lines, fast switching and we deliver small production or series production throughout Europe.
