GP Series, General Purpose
The GP series ovens are for general use with maximum temperatures of 250 ° C / option up to: 300 °C. These General Purpose ovens for general use are efficient and affordable with excellent reliability. They are equally good in most general heating, drying and general laboratory or light industrial applications. The basic ovens have a thermostat control which makes them ideal for various high and low educational settings.
GP series models are available in sizes from 50 to 250 liters. The GP ovens feature side mounted controls which make it easy to stack the ovens or require adjustments for top or bottom feed.
Design
The outdoor cabinets are made of sheet steel finished with powder coating for a durable and easy to clean of the machine.
The chamber is made of aluminum coated steel (CLAD) as standard. The stainless steel, stainless steel chamber, is available as an option. The oven drawers are made of sheet steel and adjustable on the fixed guide rails.
There is a ventilation / access shaft on the top; additional vents can be fitted at the factory if required. The ventilation is also used for the insertion of thermometers and monitoring probes into the room.
Heating
Sheathed heating elements are located on the bottom of the heating chamber.
The heating element is mounted around the fan under the bottom plate.
Control
Standard models are equipped with calibrated thermostats with direct reading for both control and overheating protection protection.
The Indicator Lamps include power, heating and safety protection. PID digital controllers with dual display (set and current) and programmable ramp and dwell controllers are standard options.
Special projects
For specific projects and / or vacuum forming machines where custom ovens are required, we can supply various custom models.
