Accurate and fast desktop 3D printer
The Asiga Max is a fast 3D printer with high accuracy and stability in quality. This Asiga Max 3D printer is easy to integrate into a digital workflow. The stated principles of Asiga accuracy, repeated reliability and easy to integrate systems therefore apply to the Asiga Max.
The Asiga Max is a printer that achieves maximum print speed for various applications sush as Audio, Dental and Medical use. In this way the material can be changed for another application in about 30 seconds. The Fast Print mode then ensures a rapid production of the desired application.
The Asiga MAX has a SPS technology which ensures that a stable print layer quality is created with every layer that is produced. With each layer that is produced, it is monitored by an internal radio meter and sensors that ensure that the construction platform fits exactly to the desired position for that layer. This technique not only ensures that the materials come out of the machine with the desired quality, but also that it is cured in the correct way. This technique is unique and essential for use with medically certified materials.
The machine is designed in such a way that it is easy to integrate into the digital workflow and easy to place in any room. This machine can be placed on any table or surface without any facility adjustments. The Asiga Max is a plug-and-play machine that works on a 1-phase 230/240 volt connection and can be used almost immediately.
The design is suitable for any laboratory or design space and is easy to operate thanks to the touchscreen display. The Asiga Max has a high accuracy of 62 microns on the XY axis. With an open material system and a choice of a DLP 385 or 405 projector, it can be used for any desired application.
Industry proven performance
Precision, reliability and speed for production applications with the highest demands.
The latest DLP technology
Specially designed lenses for precise pixel placement, combined with the DLP technique, ensures an exceptional quality standard in the market.
Super fast print mode
The Super Fast Print Mode ensures super fast volume production in minimal time. This mode can be turned on when needed. By default, the Asiga Pro 4K already prints with a fast print mode.
Unique layer process
The Asiga proves itself with the specially developed Monitoring Process Technologies for repeated precision layer by layer. This technology is being developed with an internal radiometer, SPS technology and precise material curing.
Appropriate design for ease of use.
The machines are plug-and-play and designed with a design that matches the sleek or clean design of a laboratory or design department. The defined interface and operation for ease of use developed with experienced users.
SPS ™ – “Smart Positioning System”
The unique process developed by Asiga that offers a low guarantee. The SPS technique ensures that every layer is formed accurately. Accurate layer thickness is the key to consistent quality in accurate results in production environments. How does SPS technology work?
Open Material system
Asiga offers the possibility of working with material manufacturers from around the world. In addition to the available Asiga material, it is therefore possible to work with materials from a specific industry or application. More than 3500 materials are now suitable for the Asiga 3D printer.
Why choose the 385nm LED?
At a deeper UV wavelength of 385, materials can cure faster and deeper, reducing scattering and overcuring of the materials. This immediately results in consistent accuracy, production reliability and the ability to print glass clear materials. Many medical certified materials such as dental and audiological applications have been developed for a 385 UV LED projector.
Easy to integrate into the digital workflow
Simple operation via touchscreen user interface and multiple connection option such as W-LAN or WiFi ensure seamless integration within the digital workflow. This workflow is easy to expand across multiple computer systems with the free Asiga composer software, but can also be operated over a network with multiple Asiga 3D printer systems.

Otoflash G171
Otoflash G171 is a motherboard controlled post curing device (post-cure unit) for the after curing of the 3D prints. Many material manufacturers advise the use of the Otoflash after the prints have been printed. For a number of medically certified articles it is a must to use the Otoflash after printing.
Otoflash G 171 with N2 connection
Otoflash G171 – N2 is, just like the G171, a motherboard controlled after curing device (post-cure unit) for the after curing of the 3D prints with an additional connection for the use of N2 nitrogen. Many material manufacturers recommend the use of Otoflash after the prints have been printed. For a number of medically certified articles it is a must to use the Otoflash after printing with the addition of N2 in the curing chamber. The N2 provides better penetration of the wavelength in the material and on the surface. The Otoflash increases the quality of the prints when it is ready for use.
