Asiga’s Smart Positioning System (SPS) is a series of connected positioning encoders that read out the exact position of the build platform during each print layer. This ensures that the next layer is not exposed to light and thus formed when the target position of the build platform has been reached. This is the first step in ensuring that each layer is accurately formed with the desired results. Layer by layer quality stability.

The MAX X is Asiga’s 3D printer with the highest resolution of 27, 35 or 43 microns. Otoflash G171
Otoflash G171 is a motherboard controlled after curing device (post-cure unit) for the after curing of the 3D prints. Many material manufacturers advise the use of the Otoflash after the prints have been printed. For a number of medically certified articles it is a must to use the Otoflash after printing.
Otoflash G 171 with N2 connection
Otoflash G171 – N2 is, just like the G171, a motherboard controlled after curing device (post-cure unit) for the after curing of the 3D prints with an extra connection for the use of N2 nitrogen. Many material manufacturers advise the use of the Otoflash after the prints have been printed. For a number of medically certified articles it is a must to use the Otoflash after printing with the addition of N2 in the curing chamber. The N2 provides a better penetration of the wavelength in the material and on the surface. The Otoflash increases the quality of the prints when it is ready for use.
